Are you someone who gains satisfaction from helping others? If so there are lots of ways you can engage with the community and involve yourself in charitable activities. Our students are encouraged to raise awareness of causes and organise ways to raise funds for our agreed charities. It's an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the community, whilst gaining vital experience and increasing your employability skills for the future.
We are always looking for ways to support our local community and charity events. Schemes we have undertaken in the past - and will look to revive moving forwards - include ward befriending schemes with local care homes and hospitals. In addition, we have always supported students with charity events and initiatives.
