The Post 16 team is a dedicated team who ensures that all students adapt well to Post 16 life and receive the support that young people need to make the most of their student experience and studies. Outwood Grange Academy has a committed team of Senior Leaders who are trained as Advanced Designated Safeguarding leads or ‘DSL’. Laura McFadyen is the Senior Designated Safeguarding Lead and oversees all aspects of safeguarding within the academy.
Each of the DSL team also takes responsibility for leading on emerging local and national issues and ensures our curriculum, enrichment and assembly programme promotes proactive safeguarding to all students.
Counselling with iSpace
Counselling offers a confidential space to talk in privacy about anything that is bothering you.
